2023:

Welcome!

 Things settled down in 2023 with our home projects, though we still are finding ways to keep making messes of things.  August is now in 1st grade at Midvale Elementary, Milo is in 4K at Meeting House Nursery School, and we're now at over  1500 miles on our cargo bike. Earlier in the year we took a trip to Spain and spent time with family in Madrid before venturing around the country. Summer was spent mostly at the pool  with various camping trips and short trips around Wisconsin.

Legos remain the dominant toy in the house. The Wild Kratts still gets a play occasionally but has mostly been replaced by Captain Underpants.  Dinosaur Songs and Wow in the World are usually playing in the car if kids are present.

2022:

Welcome!

 In 2022 we moved back into our newly renovated house, August started kindergarten at Midvale Elementary, Milo is continuing 3K preschool at Meeting House Nursery School, and as a family we put over 500 miles on our cargo bike. We're so happy to be back in our house in Madison, but also grateful for the time we spent living with Sarah's parents in Cross Plains until June of this year.  

Both kids are discovering a deep love of Legos. The Wild Kratts remains a favorite TV show.  They still eagerly await the latest Truck Tunes drop, but Dinosaur Songs are getting the deep plays these days

2021:

Thanks for visiting!

We've spent nearly all of 2021 preparing for a renovation on our house. As the year comes to a close the end isn't quite in sight, but we're enjoying the time being a temporarily larger family while living with Sarah's parents. There is a link is below for progress photos on the house and we'll plan to update it periodically until completion. Right now it's mostly just "before" pictures though.

August is in 4K and Milo is in a 2 year old preschool classroom at Meeting House Nursery School. They spend most of their days listening to Truck Tunes
